Mobility impaired persons are welcome at the Phenix hotel and our staff is sensitive to their needs. Each floor is served by an elevator that can accommodate a wheelchair, the service at the reception desk is done with the help of a suitable reception desk and guide dogs are allowed without extra charge. For the night, two Privilege rooms have been specially designed for the stay of mobility impaired persons in the establishment. More space to access the bed, the bathroom and the toilet in a wheelchair.
For the first meal of the day and like for all the others, our chef Rosie is in charge. Settle down in our restaurant with a view over of the Saône river, where breakfast is served every morning, between 6:00 and 10:00 from Monday to Friday and between 7:00 and 11:00 during weekends, in the form of a continental buffet. For late risers and for those who want to enjoy the comfort of their bed longer, room service is also available.
